Článek shrnuje, která stanoviště České republiky mají druhově nejbohatší a nejzajímavější mykobiotu, tedy soubor druhů hub v nich rostoucí. Jde o horské pralesy, suťové a lužní lesy, rašeliniště a rašelinné lesy, lišejníkové a brusnicové bory, některá teplomilná společenstva (suché trávníky, doubravy a dubohabřiny), ale i některá stanoviště kulturní krajiny – hráze rybníků a hospodářské smrčiny jižních Čech. K nim přistupují i některá maloplošná stanoviště. Mykobiota České republiky je bohatá hlavně díky pestrosti její krajiny.

This paper describes which habitats of the Czech Republic host the species-richest and most interesting mycobiota, i.e. fungal species growing there. These are montane old-growth forests, ravine and alluvial forests, pine forests with lichens and Vaccinium species, some thermophilous habitats (dry grasslands, oak and oak-hornbeam forests), but also some cultural habitats – dams of fish-ponds and managed spruce forests of southern Bohemia. The mosaic is also formed by some small-scale habitats. The richness of Czech mycobiota is related to the variety of its landscape.
