Na podzim je aktivních mnohem menší počet druhů pavouků než na jaře. Několik dominantních druhů však v tomto období buduje nápadné sítě 3 typů: dvojrozměrné kolovité sítě typu křižáka (křižáci rodu Araneus a čelistnatky - mety rodu Metellina), trojrozměrné plachetkovité sítě (plachetky Linyphia triangularis) a vodorovné plachetkovité sítě (pokoutníci rodu Agelena).

In the autumn, spider species are less active than in the spring. During the former season, a few dominant species build conspicuous webs of three types: two-dimensional orb webs (orb-weaving spiders of the genus Araneus and Metellina), three-dimensional sheet webs (the sheet weaver Linyphia triangularis, also known as the Money Spider) and horizontal funnel webs (funnel weavers of the genus Agelena).
